I've had a nice note from Cyrus Moore, author of City of Thieves. Cyrus has asked me to make it clear that he was working at a bulge bracket investment bank, not at a Big Four firm as I had incorrectly written. He says that he has always found PwC to be an ethical firm, a view I would support.

I'm happy to make that clarification, and I've amended my original article.
